MZR Guitars has been providing musical instrument repair services and upgrades for over 20 years. It is a hobby and passion to help my friend musicians to get their instruments playing and sounding better! I was never a great player but could always fix, clean, repair or adjust everyone's instruments.

My name is Jon Scudder and I started doing my MZR Guitars hobby in the early 2000’s for fun and to help friends with repairs/mods and do some of my own guitar mods and custom builds. If you think it, we can try and build it!

for sale is an MZR custom build P/J style bass. Warmoth maple neck with a Warmoth one piece swamp ash body with black binding with satin finish. Dimarzio Relentless P+J pickups, CTS pots, orange drop capacitor, pure tone side jack, Gotoh Black tuning keys, black Schiller bridge, Schaller strap buttons with locks. Custom aged white satin finish that glows in the dark. Black ‘51 style pickguard, custom backplate with emerald tree boa logo and custom MZR neck plate. Comes with hardshell case.

This is a worn aged white with scuffs and glows in the dark after being charged in the light. guitar was built an alder XGP body with vintage tinted gloss 12” radius neck. HSH set up with Seymour Duncan JB/SSL3/59 pickups with CTS pots and CRL switch.
